‘이공계 유학생을 위한 필수 한국어’ 과정은 연세대학교에 재학 중인 이공계 외국인 유학생들이 일상생활과 대학생활에 필요한 한국어 표현을 습득할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 고안되었다. 이 과정은 외국인 대학원생을 위한 한국어 의사소통 역량 강화 프로그램의 일환으로 인문융합교육연구원 대학원 혁신사업의 지원을 받아 제작되었다.

본 강좌는 실제적이고 유용한 표현을 학습하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 실제 이공계 대학원생을 대상으로 한 수요조사 결과에 따라 학습 수요가 높은 상황별 학습표현에 초점을 두었다. 이에 국내 유학에서 겪게 되는 상황별 핵심 표현을 간단하고 명확하게 소개하였다.

The ‘Essential Korean for foreign graduate students of science and engineering’ course is designed to help foreign students studying in Yonsei learn Korean expressions necessary for daily life and university life. This course was produced as a part of the Korean language communication competency enhancement program for foreign graduate students with support from the Graduate School Innovation Project of the Institute for Humanities Convergence Education.

This course aims to learn practical and useful expressions, and according to the results of the demand survey of actual science and engineering graduate students, it is focused on learning expressions for each situation in which the learning demand is high. Therefore, key expressions for each situation encountered in studying abroad in Korea are simply and clearly introduced.
